What are the cancellation conditions?

For Batmaid to be well organised and manage the logistics of hundreds of cleanings per day, we apply the following cancellation policy:

• Up to two days before the cleaning: relax, you can always cancel your booking free of charge directly from your Batmaid account;
• One day before the cleaning (until 6:00 pm): you will be charged for one hour of cleaning;
• After that, you will be charged for the entire cleaning.
